• When you order: your name, email, shipping address, the items in your order, any notes you add, and your confirmation that the products are for research use only.
• When you contact us: your name, email, order number (if you include one) and your message.
• When you get our free guide: your first name, email and your consent to receive emails from us.
• When you browse: basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed) collected by our website host. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.

We never ask for or store card or banking details on this website. Payments are made through the secure payment link we email you, and are handled by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.

• To send you the free guide and occasional emails, only if you've agreed to them
• To keep business records and meet our legal obligations

We share information only with the services that help us run the business: our shipping carrier (to deliver your order), our payment provider (to process your payment) and our website and email providers (to store your order and messages). Some of these providers may store information outside Canada. We never sell or rent your personal information.

If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to monarkpeptides@gmail.com. We'll still email you about orders you place.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, returns and our tax and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email is ever completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information by email.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing emails. Email monarkpeptides@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Our website and products are intended for adults who have reached the age of majority in their province. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
