Refund policy

We want every order to arrive exactly as it should. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products with the seal intact within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging.

Unless the return is because of our mistake, return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Opened products

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns on opened products or vials with a broken seal. If an item is defective, we can still issue a refund once the defect is confirmed (see below).

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, open a case with us:

  1. Contact us through our contact page or email monarkpeptides@gmail.com with your order reference.
  2. Include clear photos showing the problem.
  3. We'll review your case and, once the issue is confirmed, issue a refund.

How to start a return

Email monarkpeptides@gmail.com with your order reference and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or confirm a defect, we'll email you to let you know your refund is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it ships by emailing us. If you haven't paid yet, simply let us know. If you've paid, you'll get a full refund.

Subscriptions

Every subscription delivery is paid separately through its own payment link, so you're never charged automatically. To skip a delivery, change your schedule or cancel, just email us before your next payment link arrives.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under Canadian or provincial consumer protection law, including when goods are defective, not as described or not delivered.
